Where is your retail store?

We are a little Garden Centre in a little town called Kroonstad in the middle of the Free State.
41 Murray Street, Kroonstad.

How did it all start?

Plantarium was Planted in 2013, Selling all things garden related. In 2018 we decided to start an online shop to supply our garden products to the whole country. In 2020 we moved to a bigger shop.

How do I place an order?

Go to our shop, add the different products to your cart, follow the steps and proceed to the checkout.
Choose the delivery method and payment.
You will receive a copy of your order via mail as well as notifications about the shipping etc.

Where do you deliver

We deliver nationwide.
In-Store pickup also available.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the product and area between 3 and 4 days.
Some products could take up to 10 days.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Payfast and EFT payments.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we sell gift vouchers.

Do you offer free delivery?

No. We Courier nationwide for only R120.

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes we have a monthly newsletter.

What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?

You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note.

Can I place an order for delivery in South Africa if I am not in South Africa?

You can place an order for delivery in South Africa no matter where you are in the world. Our website is handy if you live abroad and want to send a gardening gift to relatives or friends who live in South Africa.

Can we come and buy products from your shop?

Yes, we are open weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays 8:00 to 13:30. Public Holidays open half day.

What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit?

If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent.

Why are some product only available in store?

Currently we are not able to courier bigger products at affordable prices.
For example potting soil, compost, plants etc.
